1. Right of Return
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in the same condition as received, and returned with the original packaging and tags intact.

2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our client service through the channels listed on our website, providing your order number and item details. Our team will provide detailed instructions together with a prepaid return label including all customs documentation prepared for the return to the EU.

3. Return Shipping Costs ⚠️ Important for UK customers
Returns are complimentary and exempt from any tax or customs duty only when shipped using the return label provided by our client service.

If a return is shipped independently (via a courier and customs paperwork of your choice), and any duties, taxes, or fees are levied upon re-entry to the EU, the parcel will be refused at customs and all related costs (courier, duties, VAT, storage, eventual reshipment) will remain entirely the customer's responsibility, without exception.

4. Inspection and Verification
Once the return is received at our premises in Italy, we will inspect the item to verify it meets the required conditions. Upon approval, we will proceed with a refund or replacement, according to your preference.

5. Refund Timelines (UK)
Refund processing times for items shipped from the United Kingdom are typically longer than for intra-EU orders. The parcel must clear EU customs upon re-entry, transit through our logistics centres, and finally undergo inspection at our premises.

Estimated time: approximately 8–10 working days from the moment the goods are dispatched back to us. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

6. Refund Policy
The refund includes the item price, UK VAT, and customs duties paid at the time of purchase. Any bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your provider are beyond our control.

7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or legal reasons, certain items cannot be returned — including (but not limited to): underwear, swimwear, personal care products, personalised items, or final-sale items. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
