Where your card details end up
Nowhere, not with us. Payment happens on the card network's or the provider's systems, which return only the outcome. We never see or store your card number.
Frequently asked questions about payment
When am I charged?
When the order is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable we refund that part of it.
With a bank transfer, when does the order ship?
When the money reaches our account. It is the slowest of the four: if you are in a hurry, use a card or PayPal.
Which method is a refund paid to?
The same one you paid with. We cannot refund to a different method.
Can I have an invoice?
Yes. Write to us with your order number and billing details and we'll prepare it.
