Orders and shipping
How long does delivery take?
The order ships within 2 working days. In Italy delivery takes 1-2 working days from dispatch; in the European Union 2-3 with express and 4-8 with economy.
How much is shipping?
In Italy it is free over €100. Elsewhere it depends on the destination, and the amount appears at checkout as soon as you enter the full address.
How do I know where the parcel is?
When it ships you get an email with the courier's tracking number.
Returns and refunds
How long do I have to return?
14 days from delivery. The count starts when you receive the goods, not when you order.
Do I pay for the return?
No. We send you a prepaid label and you hand the parcel to the courier. If you prefer to ship it yourself the cost is yours, and in exchange the refund is faster.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes. A discount doesn't take away your right to change your mind: the same conditions apply as for full-price items.
How long until I am refunded?
With the prepaid label, up to 14 working days, plus up to 7 days for the inspection at the shop. If you ship it yourself, the refund goes out right after the inspection.
Products and sizes
How do I choose my size?
Every product page gives the fit and the measurements we know. If you are still unsure, write to us: the piece is here in the shop and we can look at it for you.
An item is sold out in my size.
Write to us with the model and size: if it comes back in we'll tell you, and we can often set it aside.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We buy directly from the brands or their official distributors — the same pieces you find in the Formia shop.
